About
the selling agent

Domovo are the selling agents for bpha. Think of them as an Estate Agent exclusively for bpha. They are there to help you find the home you’ve been looking for - to buy, to rent, or via shared ownership. The choice is yours.

The team offers a customer journey from start to finish, with everything starting in house. They will provide you with more detailed information on your chosen property and organise viewings and refer you to their suggested financial advisors who will assess your affordability. They will liaise with solicitors, sellers and buyers on your behalf and work with you to get you moved in as quickly and seamlessly as possible - from offer to exchange. On exchange one of their New Homes Officers or Sales Advisors will provide you with keys and documents for your new home.

They also have a team of Asset Sales Assistants who provide a wealth of knowledge for existing customers, who want to move, buy more shares or re-mortgage. They provide information for many areas of the business including; staircasing – which is when an existing homeowner wants to buy more shares in their property, re-mortgaging – when a customer wants to change to a different lender or get a better interest rate, transfers of equity – where they approve sole to joint and joint to sole ownership transfers. They also assist our long-term customers with leasehold sales, right to buy, right to acquire and equity loan enquires.

On their website you’ll find all the homes they have to offer, an introduction to the home ownership and rental options provided and more information on eligibility and the Help to Buy process. Whatever home your searching for, find it with Domovo.

COVID-19 UPDATE - CLICK HERE

Following the Government’s latest announcement of new restrictions in England from Monday 4 January, we want to assure you that we will continue to operate with the health and safety of our customers and colleagues as our first priority.

Customers are still able to move home but people outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Removal firms can continue to work, in order to assist with the moving process.

The Show Home at Warburton House will remain open for viewings, with our sales team continuing to follow the government’s guidelines, as we have done in recent months.

All our normal lines of communication remain open and we will be available as normal via phone and/or email.

We strongly encourage customers to view Warburton House online in the first instance and conduct video calls with our specialist Retirement Living Sales Advisor, Janet Bennett, before viewing in person, to discuss their options.

If you would like to view Warburton House online or in person, please contact Janet Bennett on 01223 606721 or email sales@domovohomes.co.uk. and she will happy to assist you further.
